A signature is required on delivery. The courier may arrive earlier than expected.
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as we require a signature on delivery.
We ship pallets with a footprint of approx. 1,200 × 1,000 mm and up to 2,200 mm tall. Special requirements such as height restrictions, timed delivery or manual unloading may incur an additional charge.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is damaged or defective
- Photograph the damage and packaging and send the images to customercare@envelopes.ie
- Please do not return the product until you have received confirmation from us
- Delivery charges are subject to VAT and are excluded from any discount calculation
- Delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays
- Orders placed after 14:00 will generally not be despatched until the next working day
