Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed through www.envelopes.ie. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.

2.1 Product listings on our website are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer.

2.2 Submitting an order constitutes a binding offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline any order.

2.3 You will receive an automated acknowledgement on ordering; this is not an acceptance of your order.

3. Prices and VAT

3.1 All prices are in euros and include VAT at the applicable Irish rate.

3.2 Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

3.3 We may update prices at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Delivery

4.1 Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. We will notify you of significant delays.

4.2 We are not liable for loss resulting from an incorrect delivery address provided by you.

5. Payment

5.1 Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 As a consumer you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason (Consumer Rights Act 2022; EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

6.2 To exercise the right, contact us at customercare@envelopes.ie or admin@enveseur.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below.

6.3 Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the goods are defective or incorrect.

6.4 We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

7. Defective or Incorrect Goods

7.1 If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, contact us within 14 days of receipt.

7.2 We will cover return shipping costs and offer repair, replacement, or a full refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and applicable EU law.

7.3 Distinction: For cancellation (§ 6), return shipping is at your expense. For defective or incorrect goods (§ 7), return shipping is at our expense.

9. Statutory Warranty

Goods are covered by a statutory two-year conformity guarantee from the date of delivery under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU Directive 2019/771. In the event of a lack of conformity you are entitled to repair or replacement, and if those remedies are unavailable or disproportionate, a price reduction or full refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish or EU law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. However, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of Irish law (Consumer Rights Act 2022) and EU Directives apply and cannot be excluded.
