Standard Tracked (4 - 5 Working Days)

• There is a fixed charge of 4.95 €. for a signed for delivery by courier.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time (16:00) will generally not be despatched until the next working day.

ALL DELIVERY OPTIONS

• Delivery charges are all subject to VAT and are excluded from any discount calculation. Delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed. We will always do our utmost to get the delivery to you as fast as possible.

• Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays.

• All courier deliveries must be signed for and the courier may arrive earlier than expected.

• All orders are subject to sufficient stock availability. We will endeavour to contact you in the rare event there is a problem with the service or charge selected.

• If you change delivery address after the goods have been dispatched, you may be subject to an additional delivery charge. Restrictions may apply.

• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes as we require a signature on delivery.

• We ship pallets approx. 1200x1000mm footprint x 2200mm tall.

• Any height or size restrictions or special delivery requirements such as timed delivery or manual unloading (if available as options) may incur an extra charge.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You may purchase just one item or as many as you like! The more you buy, the bigger the discount.

Do I have to be a business if I want to order from you?
No. We sell to businesses and individuals.

How accurate are the images?
We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date. Sometimes it's not possible to show an image with the correct colour shade, flap or other product specification as our suppliers can change this from time to time, but we make every effort to minimise this.
