Following Brexit, we are now required to send all orders out under the incoterm DAP. This means as the buyer (our customer) you will be responsible for the customs clearance and any relevant duties and taxes applicable as the goods enter your country.
Our logistics partners will work with you in ensuring the process of clearing through customs is as smooth a transition as possible.
In terms of duty, this will be decided by the rate levied by the EU on the commodity code of the product (paper is excluded from any duty tax, but plastic is not). In terms of VAT this will be at whatever rate is applicable in your country, which you will be entitled to reclaim if you are registered for VAT. (Please note that these charges might not apply to every order).
